Hate it. Were all for Napster.

Backbone:

Yes.

What you feel is the most important thing about your music?

Backbone:

We have to like it or we can it.

So, tell me..what exactly, motivates you, the artist to write songs?

Backbone:

Everything. We don't have to be motivated, we just write songs all the time.

Give us a run down of your audio equipment:

Backbone:

Guitar - Fender and Yamaha guitars. Line 6 amps in and out of the studio. Bass - Fender Signature Jazz. Ampeg head and Hartke cabinets. Drums - Roland V-drums. Awesome. F/X - Behringer, Lexicon, Alesis.

Backbone:

Oh yeah...do you know where it's free?

Do your songs have a message?

Backbone:

Some do.
