it should not be a problem to put them in, but I am not familiar with that specific dash. Let me see if I can find some pics of it and I should be able to give you a good idea of how to do it.

does your dash look like this one's?

If so Take out the ashtray and look for screws in the back of it, and it looks like there might be two on the edge of the wood-looking panel, just below the climate controls. I cannot see down to the consol. Sometimes you have to pull the trim that is around the shifter, and look for screws under there. After they are all out is should gently pull out. If it does not then look for additional screws where it is sticking.

Yes, thats my dash i just don't have a wood trim. i was able to get instructions from nissan on how to uninstall the dash and factory deck, what i want to know is if i will need to use an installation kit or the Equalizer and the CD player will fall into the double din slot without any problems.

if your eq and cd player are both 1din size, they should fit pretty well.
Take the old one out, and 'dry fit' the new HU and EQ, if you don't like the way they look, take it to a car audio place that does installations, and ask the installer what type of install kit he would use.

you should not need a kit. Your car should use what is called "iso-mounting". What that means is that after you remove the factory radio and pocket, you will remove the mounting brackets off of it and mount them to the new deck/eq. Take one side off at a time, and remove the faceplate on the new deck. If you put it next to the factory radio all you have to do is make sure the mounting brackets are in the position as the factory radio. The holes on the side of new deck will line up with the holes in the brackets.

The EQ will take a little more time if it is not single din(as many are not). I cannot tell you how to mount it exactly as you will have to make it fit. It should not be too difficult to mount it, just to make it look right. One bit of advise is that there are normally holes on the back of the deck and eq, in the middle. If you have the mounting hardware that came with both units you can use a backbrace and mount the two with that, as well as the factory brackets.
