Now since that will work, do you think that is the best way? and if i wire in sequence do i put + to- then + to - one the same sub together and run them to the the terminals, then to the amp? THINK Replies (1) uochronos on 11/30/2003 19:12:27 http://www.phoenixgold.com/tutorial/one_DVC.htm that site shows all the wiring diagrams in really easy to understand terms and explains each one. the exact page that is linked to is for series. which is basicaly for one sub you hook the - and + one of each VC to each other then you run the other - to the amp and the other + to the amp. you howevere well end up with an 8 ohm load this way since series adds the 2 impedences together. You could wire the speakers in series. Then together to end up with a 4 ohm load but assumeing your amp is stable at 2 ohm which in the last post they said it was then its better to just run your speakers in parrelel that is + to + and - to - then run them to the terminals for a 2ohm load. thats going to be the easiest way to wire your subs. So i would probaly just keep it the way you have it. Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
