i am the guy with the 2 -12' L7 again ... and i don't know my subs hit hard but i don't like how it sounds... when i heard my friend's 12w6 version 1'sJL's they sounded nicer than mine .... i have it in a sealed box and i have cotton from a pillow inside the box ... do you guys have ANY suggestions to help my situation ... i just want my subs to sound a lot CLEANER than they do nOw .. any suggestions would help .. thanks

6x9's will not make a difference and u dont need to really worry about the amp. I am thinking that u want more SQ from these subs but these subs are made for SPL and they dont have the greatest SQ especially compared to the JL's.

hm, if you have a piece for an amp, a great amp will make your subs sound much clearer than they do now.. but probably not the SQ bass you're looking for.. get some W7's or something

for your kickers they before best in a big ported box you can get the specs. from kickers site
