I've been looking for a surround relacement kit for my JL 12W0's . I've found many generic replacement kits for about 20$, but I'm not sure if they will fit or not. Any suggestions would be very helpfull.

You may not find a kit off the shelf for a JL woofer. Best I can offer.. contact JL and see if they are willing to sell parts to you.
Not a hard job to replace the surrounds... keeping the voice coil alligned and getting the old surround and gaskets off are a bit more challenging though.
