How do i get my dash frame off to get to my stereo. Its a 1998 Dodge ram.

Take the truck out of park so the gearshift is not in the way, then start at the top of the dash. Pull it towards you, and work your way around. The radio will be held in by 2-10mm bolts...
The ground strap is bolted to the back of the deck with another 10mm..
