I was thinking of purchasing a 2500 watt Soundstorm but before i do does anyone have some experience with this brand Is it a pounder?

Soundstorm is not a quality amp and delivers less power that the specs state. Soundstorm rates their amps at peak power and not RMS Power that matters most.
What sub(s) do you have or intend to use in this system? Knowing that and your amp budget, we can make some suggestions that will work well together.

I have 2 12 inch Kicker Dcvr 2 ohm 600rms

Kicker makes several very robust subs, However, I cannot tell from your notations... which version you have now. Pick one, but it looks like you have a pair of the Kicker VR series subs. (2+2 DVC's yes?)

All are DVC models and come with 2+2 or 4+4 DVC's. The RMS power ratings are what we look at and match the amp to the subs based on RMS power ratings and coil loads.
Finally, we also have to consider how much the vehicle's electrical system can support w/o over-taxing the ALT/BAT too.
Say more on the subs you have now and what engine size is in this Caddie OK?
