pls can a DEH-4650MP us an ampllifier Replies (3) sherexx on 08/21/2009 08:38:27 swez on 08/21/2009 17:15:33 All HU's can be amped when you know the drill. Does this HU have any RCA outputs in the back of the deck? If yes, that's the first choice. If not, we use a Line Out Converter at the speaker lines in the deck to convert speaker line voltages to Line level voltages and feed amps that way. Swez PS I tried to look up this model on google and it seems to be a non-US version HU. Do you have a link from Pioneer's web site on this model HU? Ash on 08/22/2009 06:52:20 Being a long term fan and user of Pioneer HU's I'm quite sure by the model numbers it is very well capable of running at least a 4 channel amp. On the backside there should be 2 to 4 female rca outputs (2 volt likely) as well as an amp remote (blue) wire in the wire harness. As far as the main features, that will depend on your experience since we don't have a way to look up the manual. Pioneer HU's are pretty simple to use once you go into the menu. From the looks of the face it may well be very similar to the older american DEH- P4600MP. Have a look through this manual while fiddling with your HU and see if it is: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pio/pe/images/portal/cit_11221/49927896OPERATION%20MANUAL%20DEH-P4600MP.pdf Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
