Can anyone please give me an idea on where to go for grand cherokee tweeters??? I have a 2001 Grand Cherokee Ltd.

Welcome to CK!
In the upgrade packages on many Chrysler/Jeep products, they use Infinity OEM systems and often internal amplifiers too.
The cheapest way to get replacements is at the local "bone yard". (Automotive recyclers) If you already know how to remove the tweeters, bring your tools and go hunting for a similar model that uses the same system. ($20.00 a pair or less)
The expensive option is to go to a Jeep Dealer and order new OEM tweeters.
The last option is to substitute Aftermarket tweets that will fit as drop in replacements. Do a google search and you may find what you need off E-bay.
