i bought this pioneer deh-p5550mp and it comes only with a remote control......one of the wires labeled as remote control ....whre do u connect this.?

the remote turn on wire is used to turn on EQ's, amps. It has no voltage on it when the player is off and then has +12v on it when you turn the player on. IF you do not use this wire it is important to insulate it to keep it from shorting out
