This one is about 0 gauge powercable to capacitor where i come off at 0 gauge to my in line 200 amp power distribution block. Then I'm rollin with 4 gauge off the dist. block to amps. Now my main conflict comes in to play when deciding to run an in line fuse rite off the battery? IS THAT NECCESSARY with the fused in line dist. block?

Yes!

The fuse at the battery is there to protect your car electricals. Why? Say you had a nick in your main power line and it shorted to ground. If it was a dead short, you'll get a welding burn, (300 amperes or more is going to make a real mess) at that point of contact and could burn your car to ashes. That's why this fuse is so important. It also protects the battery and alternator from huge power surges like a dead short.

The D-block protects the amps and wiring to the amps. It will not protect the 0 gage wire and other components under the hood.

Got all that?
