Hey everyone, I need help. I'm looking for the wiring diagram for the dome lights in the Pacifica. Each light has black/white wire, yellow/red wire, and a yellow/blue wire. I need to find out which one is the 12v+ constant and ground. I'm trying to hook up this overhead monitor.

A low cost automotive test lamp will help figure out the answer to your needs. You can buy them for under $5.00 at any Walmart or auto parts store.
They look like and oversized pen with a clear lense and sharp metal point to pierce wire insulation. They also have a black lead wire with an alligator clamp and that is your ground.
A former neighbor used his a lot as the alligator clip made for a imprompto "roach clip" too. hehe
