yes the fuses in my Ma 1000 4 channel amp keep on blowing every time as soon as i put them in

This is rare for any amp to do this unless the power supply or power output stages of the amp are totally fried.
You can try removing the speaker lines and RCA cables and if it blows the fuses under that test, the amp is toast. (Internal shorts)
If the amp does not blow the fuses in this test, the next step is to test all speakers connected to it to make certain they work properly.

as swez said I would start by unhooking the speaker wires, then the rca's.
DO NOT STICK A BIGGER FUSE IN ITS PLACE!!!
