the reason for that is because i've been working real hard to buy a new car and after so long i did i got my self a 2002 x-type jaguar.

now my question is what can i add so i can use the stock stereo but add a amp and subs to it?

I am not familiar with the exact output of the jags radio but it is probably between hard and really hard. The high end import radios like to do funny things like split signal to prevent us from just throwin any old LOC in there. There are a number of products available now to deal with these and I might even be able to help you get one for CHEAP! One of the products made to do this is the rockford fosgate 3sixty, either 3sixty.1 or 3sixty.2. I almost bought a .1 recently for the kick but EQ that it has in it locally for $100 but decided to hold off as I don't need it. If we figure out that it will work for you I will get ahold of him and see if he still has it. Let me check this car on another place I frequent and see what they recomend.

ok thanks ttocs

getting the output might be hard but installing it will be harder wont it?? it will require professional set up.

or can i add a after market like one of those touch screens that flip out?

this is the bad thing of this cars lol in comparison to my 60 falcon easy set up and wiring haha

I have not heard back from them yet so I am not sure if it is better to replace the deck or not.
