hi i have a phonics digital 2000 watt 2ohm stable 2 ch and a performance teknique 2000 watt 2ohm stable can i link them togetther

if you mean link the outputs to feed the 2000 watts into the 2000 watt amp to get 4k watts, no. The term for that is strapping and it requires a specially built amp that is made for it as well as some tuning.
Some amps have the ability to link the inputs together by daisy-chaining them together. If that is the case the amp will have a section for the rca's labeled input and output and may then have the ability to cross-over the signal to the 2nd amp.
