Low pass filter can be set between 60-100 Hz, depending on how low the other speakers in this van can go. (80 Hz. is typical LPF)

The Subsonic/infrasonic filter is set to match the port tuning frequency of the sub boxes. If you don't know that number, 25-30 Hz for the SSF is a safe bet.

Bass boost should be minimal in a larger van of this vintage. The large cabin area will tend to bring up the lows in the 60 Hz range naturally via "transfer function" or "cabin gain" affect.

The gain setting can be done by ear for the most part. Some active crossovers have Line Driver features that kick up the HU voltage signals to 8-12 volts. (A 3-5dB boost) If your's has that feature, (And it's variable) a 4.0 volt setting is a very solid place to start.

As for the amp gain setting, match the output value of the crossover to the input voltage on the amp. You'll know you're in the ball park when the bass is full, clean and strong. If you note muddy or sloppy bass tracks, the amp gain may be a tad too high and needs to tweaked downward.

FYI: Bass can vary a great deal from one song to the next and genre to another. Rap and Hip-Hop tend to have very heavy bass track loading. These cuts will show up flaws and distortion quickly on large bass spikes. (Want to avoid excessive distortion on these cuts by adjusting the EQ bass feature or bass boost on the amp)

As for Rock, Jazz, Techno and similar music genres, a little bass boost here may be helpful. (+3 to +6 dB at most) If the amp starts "clipping", the subs will sound muddy and exhibit poor "Transient Response". "TR" means things are chrisp, clean and tight in the low end bass department.
