95 nissan left speaker wire one with white stripe & one with light green stripe. .. which one get connected to the solid color white wire that comes with the speakers?

When in doubt about factory wiring polarity, we often recommend testing the stock speaker with a common 9 volt battery.
1. Take the stock speaker out and disconnect the factory wire harness
2. Using a 9 volt battery and test wires, probe the speaker terminals with the battery as the signal source
3. When the + wire of the battery is connected to the + terminal of the speaker and - battery to the - speaker terminal, watch the cone movement
4. If the cone extends outward, you have found the correct polarity
5. Write down the factory wire color codes that match the speaker connector color codes from the factory harness and do the same for the other speakers as you go
Tech tip: If we use test leads with alligator clips on each end of the test wires, this is easlily a one-man job (Radio Shack has the test wires w/clips for cheap)
