My Miata only has 2 speakers. What do I do with the rear speaker wires from the radio?
Do I just Tape them up?
Can I use them for Tweeters?

Yes, there are 2 main options if you install tweeters.
Option 1: If you add tweeters, can run them off the front speakers with the appropriate filter/crossovers.
Option 2: You can use the rear speaker lines to feed the tweeters if you like. Just make sure you have the proper filter/crossovers to block out the lows.

Yes, clip off any bare wires and then use electrical tape to bundle unused speaker lines.
The safest way is to clip one speaker lead 1/4" shorter then it's brother and then tape them together. Like this:

FYI: When doing this, pull the fuse for the radio so it's not getting any power while doing your work. Yes, you may have to reset your memory for stations and other settings, but that's better than frying the internal amps. COFFEE
