hey i was wondering if anyone knows anything about Nakamichi sp-w1045 subwoofers if you could reply that would be awsome thank you

what are you wanting to know? I am willing to bet that we have not had our hands on one but that doesn't mean we are useless.

Are you sure on the model number? I see a SP-W104S as a real product, but could use a mfg's link to them to clarify the product in question.
These are older Nak subs and look like low power handling, 4 ohm SVC subs. The newest sub they are showing on the Nak site is the 2+2 ohm, 600 Wrms SPW-1210. This is one serious SQL sub, save for the modest senitivity rating. It's sure to please the most demanding "Audiophile", if you can affor the brand.
