First I'm going to start out saying THANK YOU Clubknowledge for helping me through my first build
(Which I would like to say sounds great)
I finished my build which sounds great but I still want to put my friends truck and his mouth in its place :)

I'm wanting to put another p2 in and buy another 2 channel amp to replace the p300-1
(preferably class D to avoid getting a new alternator)
I'll either build a new box or buy another one but that wont be until later..
I was looking at some amps to see what I should be looking for and only found a couple 300w x2..
Any suggestions? If a new alternator is a must then please note so I can start looking
P.S.
My Comps Dome hit the inside of my door panels when I turn it up to loud or play a heavy bass song..I tried lowering the gain so it wont hit to hard but it just makes it more difficult to hear..
If I keep it the way it is will it cause serious damage? Also is there any other way to lower the bass the comps hit?

That amp WILL push two 12s easily.
but having dual 4ohm coils your going to want to get another 4Ω+4Ω Punch P2 and get a amp stable at 1Ω
i have installed several of this and would recommend it:

it will give each 12 300w rms @1Ω and its a Class D mono
defiantly get a new box built. there are very knowledgeable people here that can design you something with form and function if you have the means to build.
as a half and half option shipping an unassembled box is another alternative, which still involves you assembling but not having to worry about the actual cuts.
lastly, talking to your local shop would help because they can offer you a custom box as well. The largest downside is that a shop will be very expensive.

I'll definitely look into that hifonics..They are very good amps and I'm surprised on how cheap it is...

If it is it's kinda funny because I have a Part-time job there as a cashier...I live less then 10 min away from it

i have installed several hifonics amps and although not the greatest or most reliable, they will do rated at 14v and are amazing "bang for buck" i would jump on that sale if i were you as well, last one i had to order for a customer was 170$ shipped

Yeah my Six Flags is in New Jersey so your kinda far away haha...
I wouldnt want you to spend all your time on a design for me but If you can that would be great..
( If you can only accept payments then give me a week to figure how to send it..lol)
Also for the Hifonics, Everything looks good to me for the 2 p2s but is it a okay to buy?

you will be running them at half power because two dual 4Ω woofers will make the amp see either a 1Ω load or a 4Ω load, your amp makes most at 2Ω .
your two options for best results are sell the dual 4Ω and get two dual 2Ω P2s OR get the hifonics and another dual 4Ω P2

i did this box a week ago for P3 12s and will work nicely for your P2s as well, although i can readjust with a smaller port and change dimensions to fit your ride if you need me to.
also, when the time gets closer get a hold of me and i can send you pix with all the dimensions listed in the pix and a cut sheet.
