I can't stand these codes MAD...I don't have the manual and don't know where to go for help. The stereo is displaying 2136 and I've looked in all the "secret" hiding places THINK for the code that the manufacturer may have put it. No luck. So, the stereo is not working at all. Now, the question: does anyone know how I can reset the stupid thing so I have some tunes in the car? It has both a CD player and a cassette player. GRIN Nice system but only when it works! MAD HELP, please. CLAP Oh, I guess the make and model of the stereo might help:

the code was put in as a theft deterant if you do not know the code call the car manufacture and see if they have a code to bypass it That or start putting in codes and hope the code is easy. You could buy a aftermarket deck and go that route
