Toyotas use what is called an iso mount.
There are two brackets on the factory radio (one screwed to each side of the radio) Use the brackets to mount the aftermarket radio.
The aftermarket radio will have screw holes on the side of the radio, use the screws that held the bracket onto the factory radio to screw into the sides of the aftermarket radio and the pocket will screw into the bottom of the iso mount brackets to take up the remainder of the area that the factory radio took up.
You will not need the metal sleve or cage in this case.

as he said you will use the factory brackets to mount it.

To make it easy take the factory radio out and lay it next to the new radio(take the face off the new on if you can to help allign them) facing the same direction. Take one bracket off and then mount it on the new radio(with the supplied brass screws). Sometimes it can be a little confusing to allign all the holes on the side of the radio to the bracket so by putting one radio on top of the other you can see which ones will line up.
