Hey Guys...
I bought a Lanzar VBD1500MP car deck which plays mp3. Is there a certain speed you should burn your mp3 cause it seems the deck can't always read all the sounds some how. I will get alot of error 2 messages. Please let me know something.

You may have to write to Lanzar on this one and see what they have to say. In most cases, the highest bit rate the HU can read is best quality MP3 duplication speed. More data transfer at higher rates equals higher quality sound dubbing. Just have to know the best sampling rate for this HU.

Another major problem is the FILE FORMAT that the CD is written. IE, 128 Character Joliet or whatever they call it. My Alpine MP3 Changer can' read deeper than 8 Sub Directories, or files with names longer than 30 characters. I've noticed several tracks/albums missing from burned CDs due to this problem.

That may be one of your issues.
