i have an 92 dodge neon i want to put a nice stereo unti in,but all i have right now is the speeakers(300 watt) and my amp(300) will it hurt my speakers or amp if i hook it up to a factory (100 watt) stereo. pleasehelp

Can you tell us the make and model #'s of this amp and speakers? This will help us help you better.
Also, do you have a budget # for the new radio? (A range and features would be most helpful here.
