I know audio control RTA's are considered top of the line. I am knind of interested in the Phonic PAA2 and PAA3 I saw them on ebay. how do they compare for accuracy to the Audio Control RTA's, are they worth buying?

Hey there!

Is this going to be a permanent install in the vehicle or do you need a way to measure and adjust whatever you're working on?

I have never heard of Phonic. Most SPL hosts are using term lab now for dB. I don't know how the RTA meter measures up.

I've been away a few days, I would want to be able to use it on whatever I was working on. I know Coustic used to make one that you could install in the car (you see them on ebay once in while, I heard they were right up ther with Audio Control for accuracy). I didn't know anyone else made one that could be installed in a vehicle.
