We have been working the CK Forum together for sometime. I would like to chat with you on a work related matter as we seem to match up very well in many other aspects of life and experience. (We seem to mesh well in the gears of life)
This is a work related situation that seems to be getting more and more out of control as the weeks go by. Frankly, I'm at wits end with a co-worker that drives me NUTZ!!! Have lost perspective on this one and cannot see the trees for the forest. MAD
He's not my boss or the owner, but he drives everyone/me batty with his demanding and over-bearing personality. MAD (Or maybe Demons?)
It's more about setting appropriate boundaries, knowing when to flex and bend or "draw a line in concrete" and say... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!! MAD
To that end, having a "fireside chat" with a like-minded and level-headed buddy would be most appreciated! Would you mind being a sounding board and a "voice of reason" for the moment?
