does anyone know of a place i can look at some blow-thru installs to maybe get some ideas on what i should do with mine...ive only found one install and it is way too expensive lookin for my budget....plus its in a show truck....

Basically you need a good cutting tool, an accordian gasket, and a good imagination. I would not rely on the gasket to hold air pressure, instead, use it to waterproof the hole and build through it.
