ok i have no mold to work with and also this will be my frist time fiberglassing something this big. dont get me wrong i can fiberglass but all i have ever done was repairs. any and all help would be great

You will have to build the a skeleton frame and glass over it.
Go to Alpine's website and check out their build pictures for some ideas.
