Hi ! Just joined the club! Trying to install new SONY CDX -GT 510 receiver to my 1996 Honda Accord Wagon. Connect all wires followed diagram , insert disc, it pulled in, then put face back - display dead. Open the face, push EJECT -disc came out. Looks like power connected properly, but display dead. Tried to reset it - make some noise, but still not showing anything on display. Tried to push buttons-no help. Bad unit or wrong connections . Any ideas? Thank you!

If you connected any of the orange wires on the radio, disconnect them. Make sure the red and yellow wires both have power (yellow constant and red switched). And of course, make sure you have a good ground. Ground the radio to metal in the dash, not the factory radio ground wire.
