Hey peoples! I've already learn't a bit going through some of the replys you have all written, your all doing an awesome job! This is my problem, I own a 98 Subaru Forester, I have a pioneer deck with one rca left and right out. I want to run two amps; a boss audio BA-2900 4 channel bridgable rated at 60W RMS x 4; and a Alpine monoblock MRP-650 400W RMS @ 4 ohms, 600W RMS @ 2 ohms. I'm running a 6 1/2' Alpine splits 70W RMS, two Alpine 4' 30W RMS on the rear doors. Also a pair of MTX subs in a box in the rear. I'm not 100% sure what RMS they are but I'm sure i dont need a bigger amp, I might blow the rear door off!!!! lol. I need to piggy back the two amps ( boss to alpine), but the boss has two sets of in plugs one set on the rear side channel and one on the front side, ( the outs are on the front input side). I'm not sure if the amp needs two sets of rca in's or not? Basiclly what I want to know is, can i piggy back to two amps, how to do it, can i power the 4' speakers, or can i bridge the two channels to one side and two the other side, just for the front? and how many amps will i be pulling for wireing, I brought a kit, just want to make sure it's enough before i go wireing through my car, and also what to start my gain settings at ..80? Thanks heaps guys, i hope you can make somthing out of my ramblings! Cheers Mick from Melb. Replies (0) Copyright ClubKnowledge 2009 * All Rights Reserved |
