I already have Alpine Mrp-F250 100 watts x 2 @ 4-ohm (in bridged mood) amp, should power the speakers in bridged mood or midrange and tweeters seperately in 4-channels?

Generally speaking, you would use a four channel for 4 speakers, front L/r, and rear L/R. With a componet set, you would wire the midrange and tweeter to the crossover, and the crossover to the amp, unless the crossover is set up for bi-amping.
