What would be the best 6"X8" speaker for JBL CS60.2 2 Channel Amplifier?

It depends on where you are installing the new speakers. (Front stage or Rear) Pick one and we'll give ya some options.
This amp would be good for rear fill or front stage installs. You can run 2 ohm GTO Components in the front stage or 4 ohm Coaxials for the back.

PS There is no such thing as the "Best" speakers in this game. One might be very happy with Brand A speakers in a given car and another might say... "Not so hot" for my taste in the same install. What sounds best to you, is the BEST choice as you have to listen to them the most.
