I don't know the color codes for Fords, but you are looking for the following 4 paired wires for your LOC install.

Left front Pos & Neg wire set
Right Front Pos & Neg
Right Rear Pos & Neg
Left Rear Pos & Neg

You can probe these wires, (#16-18 gage typ.) with an ohmeter to determine which color corresponds to the speaker locations noted above. Write them down as you hear the click/pops during your probing process. Then install you LOC per the directions that came with it.

Tech Tip: Probe your speaker line w/ the "HU off" and the speaker harness disconnected from the HU as well. Allow yourself several inches of wire off the harness pigtail so you have some room to stuff everything back in when the work is done.

Most LOC's are wired like this:

HU +++++ [Pos Input of LOC] ++++++ RCA center pin
HU -------- [Neg Input of LOC] ---------- Grounding claw of RCA

Once you cut your speaker wires to install the LOC, keep track of the wire ends that go to each assigned speaker location. You can run your amp output wires back to the HU and splice them in with solderless crimp connectors.

The Blue barrel connectors work pretty well for #16 wires. If these are #18 gage lines, the Red connectors are fine and easier to bundle when done.

Maybe one of our Pro Installers will catch this and give you the color codes for this system.

are you installing an amp for highs or for subs?? i'll assume it's for subs, so all you need is the rear speakers.

left rear + brown / green
left rear - brown / yellow

right rear + brown / white
right rear - brown / blue

if there is a factory amplifier, connect the LOC directly at the speakers instead of at the radio.
