hey guys glad to find this site just had a question, I just bought a planet audio bb1250.1 dclass monoblock amp and 2 planet audio bbdvc12" subs, the amp is 1ohm stable how do i know what ohms i am running and how do i get 1ohm?

What is the impendance on the subwoofers? Their either 2ohm DVC or 4ohm DVC.
Lil more info is needed but basically you have to have the right impendance on the subwoofers to wire them correctly to net a specific ohm load to the amplifier.

Your options here are 1/2 ohm, 2 ohms, or 8 ohms.
If you can, trade them in on the dual 4 ohm model subs. If you had dual 4 ohm subs, you could wire all the positives to the positive on the amp and all the negatives to the negative on the amp.
If you can't trade them in, you will have to wire them like this:
+ amp to +vc1
-vc1 to +vc2
-vc2 to -amp
do this for both speakers and you will have a 2 ohm load.

hey thanks for the info i traded in those 2ohmdvc for 2 kickercomp 4 ohmdvc and i am pulling about 1.33ohms and sounds alot better i apreciate your help thanks again
