in the diagram for a series parrellel it has a set positive and negative terminal hooked together when i do this do i use negative or positive speaker wire

I don't understand your question... can you restate the question or give an example?

Welcome to the forum. It does not matter which wire you use as long as you know which is which. The negative wire is exactly the same as the posative, the indicators are only there to help you tell which is which.
