that should be a pretty solid setup.
We carried soundstream for a long time, the only complaint I ever had with them was that they didn't hit as hard as I thought they would.. However, we abused the crap out of them and never had any returns. The tarantula amps, and the reference subs were our biggest seller. I don't remember ever having to warranty any of them.

I have never heard Sounstream personally, but I have heard many say there good.
Sounds like a pretty good SQL setup to me so far. You got all the ohmages of the coils correct to push one ohm.
What other gear do you plan to run with this setup? I am not too sure of the charging system output, but most GM run 105 amp alternators. This and a good 4 channel, as well the car itself, may be hard on this vehicle.

only things in the car now is stock charging system the two soundstream rw12s (subs)
the pca1000D (amp)
eclipse cd3000 (HU)
at lower volumes it sounds nice and doesnt seem to effect the dimming lights but when im at almost full volume it dims but not as bad as i thought it was going to
im planning on doing the big 3 soon and get a yellow top for my car

yea it sounds great i picked everything up on wed and installed it the same day
definitely needing some dynomat or sound deadener for my trunk though
