hey, i need a little advice from some1. ive got my remote wires hooked up but when i turn the vehicle off i get the farts, then when i unplug the rcas from the amp, the amp shuts off, its like the rca is running a remote as well. please jhelp with my troubleshooting

First of all, disconnect the power from the battery and recheck the ground. The ground wire should be the same size as the power wire, and should be grounded within 32-36" of the amplifier to a clean, bare metal spot and screwed or bolted down tightly.
Also, please tell us model numbers for the radio and the amplifier.

sounds like the rca is acting as a ground.....
