Alrighty, been taking my sweet sweet time on my build so far (for a number of different reasons) and I managed to finally get my kick panels done.
These are for my 02 Toyota Tacoma and utilize the stock kick panels as a base. Once I got the shape I wanted, I reinforced the back with a layer of glass then sanded the front using 60grit, 180 grit, 220 grit then primered with automotive primer. I gave it 4 good solid coats of primer then wet-sanded it with 220 and 400 grit sand paper then used SEM Satin Black Color Coat Plastic- Vinyl Paint to give it the look you see now.
