I have never seen a Skoda, so I am kinda taking a stab in the dark here, but I would look for any rubber seal in the firewall that can be safely cut open and string her through there. If that is not an option, you may need to drill a hole in the firewall to run it.

Another option is running it througn the fender and door, but this can be dangerous, and possibly cause a short in the line if the hood or door smashes on it when they are closed. My power line is currently ran like this, but it is not by choice.

Most of us CK'ers live in the U.S., so familiarity with vehicles such as a Skoda Fabia or Opel Corsa may be difficult to come across. Those are two brands that are just not imported here. The closet thing to an Opel whe have here is the Saturn Sky, which is pretty much a rebadged Opel Speedster.

If there are no unused rubber grommets, sometimes you can squeeze through with either the transmission cable if the gear selector is on the steering column. If there is no clutch, some cars have a blank where the clutch linkage would go through.
If all else fails, you will have to drill a hole in the firewall. Just be careful around the brake booster. It is easy to drill right into it from the inside where you can't see it.

A little rubber cement, silicone, or soft tar based sealer around the wire will keep the water out.
