i was wandering if any of u guys know how to tap into onstar audio signal on a 03 avalanch i have an audio input to my head unit and i want to conect it to it, just need to know what pins are the ones for the signalTHINK Replies (1) cplkittle on 04/2/2007 22:46:18 Not exactly sure that one can be done. The aftermarket onstar and bose interfaces made by peripherial use the same delphi chip as the one that is in the origional radio. This leads me to believe that it may be a data stream signal that the radio decodes, then plays through the driver's speaker. If you didn't use the onstar interface, I would recommend that you go back and install it. If you use the aux input on your radio, it will play through all of the speakers instead of just the left front, and may cause feedback on Onstar's end of the line. This is the peripherial part number GMAH24 (B at the end indicates Bose integration), it can be found in many online stores and your local car audio shops that carry stinger products.
