oppps! I posted my problem in the wrong area, sorry. I'll try it again. I have a 2001 Lincoln Navigator, the back speaker will not come on. Front and middle ones work. The back speaker is also connected to an amp, all factory. Also when adjusting the bass, it doesn't sound very bassy. You can hear a little difference but not like you should. It is an Alpine sterio system I don't know if the speakers are too, but like I said it is what ever was installed in the 2001 edition.

Right off the bat, I would guess that one of the front speakers is out of phase (connected backwards ie + to - instead of +to+)
Try reversing one of the speaker's wiring.
What exactly is still factory and what is aftermarket?
Did you install this, buy it already installed, or have it installed?

I bought it already installed. i'm new at this so bear with me, the front speakers are in the door of the truck is this where i go to reverse the speaker wire?

Let's start over.. I don't want to start digging through wiring before I know some more about your problem.
You said it sounds a little bassy but not like it should. Are you talking about the door speakers or the lack of the sub in the back?
How well do you know the radio?
Do you have the owner's manual?
What is the model number?
