I have been searching the net for really good installation software to keep from buying crutchfield mastersheets and I found a site for Victory Technologies. The software looks pretty cool but I wanted to know if any of the pro's have ever heard of it and get some take on the program.

I have never head of it.
The companies I have worked for have always had programs or websites such as maid, mobile toys, directechs that we used for wiring information. They are all subscription I believe, but there are a few passwords floating around the internet that might work.
