I was wanting to know which L7S should I get the 2 DVC or the 4DVC with this amp?

the 2 dvc would be a good match for the kicker amp or you could get the 4dvc and try this amp

The best match for that amp is a pair of 2+2 DCV type L7 woofers from Kicker. That gives a perfect 2 ohm load to the amp.
This amp is a beast and at full power, it is likely to load up your electrical system in this truck very hard. Expect severe light dimming at low RPM's as this amp will probably draw about 150 amps of current at full power. Use 1/0 gage wire from the BAT to your amp for sure!

Yeah I plan on doing the 3 upgrade and another battery and see how bad it is then.

Trust me, at full power, this amp is really gonna make your car electricals cringe, groan, moan and maybe even crap out... depends on how much power you like on bass.
