Hey Guys. I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I need some advice here. I recently attempted to make an online purchase (you know where this is going), and it is looking like the seller is not going to follow through on his part of the deal.
Basically, I got a "buy it now" deal on ebay for a package including a 12w7 and a jbl 1200.1 amp. I paid the guy his money (later that same day), and waited...and waited...and still nothing. The transaction was completed on like the second of July. Now, I understand that stuff happens...so I was patient for a month. But I still cannot even get a tracking number for the package from him. So the reason I am posting this is because I need some advice on how to proceed. I'd like to think there is still hope, but PayPal won't help me because it has been more than 30 days since the transaction was completed and ebay has not yet responded to me regarding the investigation. What do you guys think?

Ok I do have a idea . I had a similar problem and I emailed ebay and they were quite quick to help me out. What I did was get his home # off of ebay and called him at home, ill be damned if I didn't have my parcel in 2 days. ( forgive my langage if it offends)Go to the link I am going to give you and fill out the request for users contact info . Now you just have hope that the number is not bogus.
