I agree that such a disclaimer shud be there.
But probably one which includes all the golds and one that covers all the material posted on CK.
It shud also include our PG status note as well as no Spamming note.

I would also like to add the following statement:

Although Swez claims to have a degree in fishing, he is by no means a master baiter. Mr Brownstone, although ridiculously humorous at times, may not necessarily use the freshest and most original material in his comedic rantings.
