A little while back I had bought a used cd player from ebay, tried to install it into my '85 300zx, and ran into dificulties. I found this forum and posed my quandry ( http://www.clubknowledge.com/Car_Audio_FAQ/?g4742_1026 ) Now at the end of the thing it turns out that my HU is fried, meanwhile I had run everything I needed for a simple install. So today, when I bought a $50 job from wal-mart it took me 15 min to install it. I had no idea how to do any of this before this forum, and now have tunage.

glad to hear you got the help you needed and did it yourself. We hate to beg but this is a free site that is operated and funded(when needed) by walt out of the goodness of walts heart. We enjoy helping people and would like to be abe to continue to do so. We hate asking for donations but the site has had to shut down from time to time. I/we are not asking for a weeks salery but every buck counts.
