What amps/sub(s) do you have here? (Make and Model #'s)

Also, what gage power wire are you using?

All amps and Cap should be grounded to the same location. Keep them short as possible and attached to bare metal point, nearest the amps you can find. A seatbelt bolt is often a good choice after cleaning with sandpaper or a stiff wire brush.

Say more about your install OK?

are the rca cable seperated from the power wire? if they are ran next to each other this will often happen. you can test to see if this was the problem, or if you had a bad rca cable by wiring one up from the deck to the amp to replace the cable that is getting noise. Don't run it under the carpet, just go straight from the deck to the amp. If the noise goes away run that cable, down the opposite side of the vehicle from the power wires.

If possible try to ground all amplifiers/capacitors to one location. When I'm installing a system for myself and I have numerous amplifiers, I grab a distrubution block and run one ground down to the frame of the car. I then run the ground from the amplifier(s) to the distrobution block. Works everytime.

It sounds to me like you have your RCA's running to close to your Power Wire. Go back and make sure your RCA's are not running next to your power wire from the battery. Always try to avoid them comming close. For example run your power wire down the left side(drivers) and the RCA's down the right side (passenger). If you do have to cross the RCA's over the Power, do it a a 90 degree angle and try not to do it alot.
