Does anyone know any info on the Infinity kappa perfect 12's. Right now on crutchfield you can get 2 for 180. Just wondering if they would be worth the price?

I have heard them in a couple of vehicles. I built a box once for 2 10's. They are good solid subs.
The biggest difference you will see in lower priced subs of a good brand name is the material they are made of. They usually have a lower powerhandling, and the surround and spider will be a little softer. They just don't last as long as the higher priced models. Now with that being said, they will last many years as long as they are not abused. The trick is to build the right box for the subs and your vehicle, and to give them only the proper clean power they need.
