what does everybody think of these?

i would build the ported box for them.
and right now i have the bxi1600 Hifonics brutus.
they're dual 4ohm coils rated at 750rms
the amp puts out 1600watts RMS at 1ohm.
800 a peice sounds like a good match.
but are these quality woofers?

I have never heard of them. Being a 'Good sub' means alot more than t/s parameters. It dosen't say what the surround or spider is made of. I dunno. I assume this is a newer brand, and with that you could go either way: some new companies put out killer equiptment, some just try to move alot of cheap products.

never got a chance to audition them, but heard a lotta good things and the specs are very promising too. I guess you should be happy with these subs.
If you are more of a SQ guy, you can have 2 of these 10"er subs in a 0.8 cuft sealed enclosure each. If you want both of these worlds you can opt for 2 10's ported or 2 12 sealed or 2 12's ported.
and if you an SPL geek, 2 of these 15's in a ported enclosure can move some serious air.
The specs look very promising. and for a great price too.
