best way to do a blowthru

what would be the best way to do a blowthru on a 93 s10 reg cab?ive never even seen one done.does anyone know what to seal the cut out with.ive heard they make rubber boot for this but would spray work for waterproofing?

This is a very major modification to a given truck. Here, you'll need a very good sealing gasket between the cabin and truck bed, sub woofer box protected from weather and a flexible duct fabricated as part of the pass through.

The flex duct can be fabricated by a good HVAC ductwork fabricator. Here, ask them to use only NON-METAL duct work, expanding fabric type materials and well fitted flanges both inside the truck and bed liner. A semi-rigid, but flexing material is best and it is stiff enough, not to flap or add unwanted resonances at low bass frequencies.
